Phase 2 1st semi-annual 2024 QMR: intra-well control limit exceedances:
alkalinity at BW3R, PW17A; COD at BW3R, PW13; manganese at BW3R;
nd TOC at BW3R, PW1R. Manganese was above Part 201 standards at
W-3R. Inter-well statistical evaluations indicated that the following con
tituents were present at statistically significant concentration
above site background: COD at PW13 and PW1R and TOC at PW1R

Phase 3-7: 1st semi-annual 2024 GMR received and reviewed: constituents
exceeded the calculated intra-well control limit: • bicarbon
te alkalinity in PW35, PW36, PW34A, • boron in PW34A, PW34,
W36, cadmium in PW28AR , • iron in PW32, PW33, PW34A, PW34 (a
so above Part 201 Standards) • manganese in PW33, PW34, PW36
(also above Part 201 Standards). Inter-well (upgradient vs. downgra
ient) exceeded prediction limit: • bicarbonate alkalinity PW34
, PW35, PW36, • iron PW32, W33, PW34, PW34A , • manganese PW33

Phase 2 second semi-annual 2023 GMR received and reviewed: barium,
boron, TOC, manganese, COD and bicarbonate alkalinity in monitor
ng well BW3R and bicarbonate alkalinity in PW17A exceedances of int
awell statistics. In addition, manganese is above applicable Part 201
tandards in BW3R. BW3R is upgradient and represents background conditions.

Review Notes:
Pase 3-7 Landfill: Intra-well statistical evaluation results that indicated
concentrations above the calculated intra-well control limits
or multiple constituents at numerous wells. Iron in PW32, PW34 and
PW34A and manganese at PW32 and PW34 exceeded the intra-well contr
l limits and Part 201 Residential Drinking Water Criteria. Inter-wel
prediction limit was exceed for bicarbonate alkalinity in PW32, PW
4, PW35, PW37; iron in PW 32, PW34, PW34A; and manganese at PW
2 and PW34. There is no required confirmatory sampling and a d
monstration will not be made for the identified constituents since th
landfill is inherently unmonitorable.

Phase 2 Landfill 1st semi-annual 2023 GMR: intra-well statistical evaluation
results that indicated concentrations above the calculated intra-w
ll control limits in the following monitoring wells: bicarbonate in
W1AR, BW1R, BW3R, PW15, PW17 and PW17A; COD in BW3r, PW13 and PW1R;
anganese in BW3R, pH in PW10, PW11, PW12, PW14, PW16 and PW1R and
TOC in BW3R and PW1R. Additionally, manganese was above the Part
01 Residential Drinking Water Criteria in BW3R. Inter-well analysis show
d no constituents were present at significant concentrations abo
e background. There was no confirmation sampling for manganese in BW3
as it is an upgradient well
