Review Notes:
Several constituents exceeded Part 201 GRCC (Generic Residential Cleanup
Criteria) in this sampling event: TDS at MW-48 and UD-1, dissol
ed arsenic at MW47d, and dissolved iron at MW-22s, MW-48, and
D-1. These are generally consistent with past events and historical concen
rations. Vinyl chloride (3 ug/L) was also slightly above the GRCC
at the UD-1 location in this event. In addition, there were se
eral low-level VOC detections in groundwater from MW-49 in this e
ent: benzene (4.6 ug/L), acetone (33.2 ug/L), and cis 1,2dichl
roethene (1.7 ug/L). While The detections are likely anomalous/
otential lab artifacts, VOCs will be analyzed from this well ag
in in the 3rd quarter 2026 to confirm.

Review Notes:
Dissolved iron at UD-1 (12.8 mg/L) and TDS at UD-1 (809 mg/L) exceeded
the Part 201 GRCC (Generic Residential Cleanup Criteria) in this sampl
ng event. Vinyl chloride (3.3 ug/L) was also slightly above th
GRCC at the UD-1 location in this event.

Review Notes:
Statistically significant increases (SSIs) were observed at the UD-1
location (TDS, ammonia, and chloride). The exceedances are simi
ar to past events. Dissolved iron at MW-22s (17.8 mg/L), MW-4
(2.3 mg/L), and UD-1 (16 mg/L); TDS at UD-1 (816 mg/L) and MW-48 (5
7 mg/L); and dissolved arsenic at MW-47d (0.0221 mg/L) exceeded
he Part 201 GRCC (Generic Residential Cleanup Criteria) in this
ampling event. Vinyl chloride (4.1 ug/L) was also slightly abo
e the GRCC at the UD-1 location in this event.

Review Notes:
Statistically significant increases (SSIs) were observed at the UD-1
location (TDS, ammonia, and chloride). The exceedances are simi
ar to past events. TDS at UD-1 (862 ug/L) exceeded the Part 20
GRCC (Generic Residential Cleanup Criteria) in this sampling even
. Vinyl chloride (3.5 ug/L) was also slightly above the GRCC at the U
-1 location in this event.

Statistically significant increases (SSIs) were observed at the UD-1
location (TDS, ammonia, dissolved iron, and chloride). The exceedan

Review Notes:
Several constituents exceeded Part 201 GRCC (Generic Residential Cleanup
Criteria) in this sampling event: dissolved iron at MW-22s;
DS and dissolved iron at UD-1; dissolved arsenic at MW-47d; a
d TDS at MW-48. These are generally consistent with past events and h
storical concentrations. Vinyl chloride (3.7 ug/L) was also sl
ghtly above the respective GRCC at the UD-1 location in this eve
t. These are generally consistent with past events and historic
l concentrations. In addition, several VOCs were detected at MW-
9 (benzene 2.7 ug/L, vinyl chloride 1.3 ug/L, and cis 1,2-dichlo
oethene 3.3 ug/L). VOCs have never been detected in this well befo
e and these concentrations are below any current groundwater crite
ia. The detections are likely anomalous, and VOCs will be ana
yzed from this well again in the 3rd quarter 2024 to confirm.

Review Notes:
Statistically significant increases (SSIs) were observed at MW-22s
(ammonia, TDS, dissolved barium, and chloride); MW-48 (TDS and dissol
ed barium); the UD-1 location (TDS, ammonia, dissolved arsenic, chl
ride, and dissolved barium); and at MW-47d (dissolved arsenic). The ex
eedances are similar to past events.
